Codedmask is a software company registered in Bangladesh. We design and operate booking and operations systems for travel businesses — the unglamorous machinery behind a trip that has to work every single time.
What we do
We are a small engineering team. We build long-lived internal software rather than campaigns or one-off marketing sites: booking engines, customer records, pricing and availability, payment flows, and the operational tooling that ties them together.
Our work is used daily by tour operators and travel agencies to sell trips, manage bookings, and stay in contact with the travellers they have already sold to.

Navigo
An operations platform for travel and tour operators. Navigo covers the full commercial cycle: enquiries and leads, itinerary and package building, availability and capacity, quotes and bookings, payments, and post-sale customer communication.

Customer messaging
Navigo communicates with travellers over the channels they already use, including WhatsApp. Messaging is used for booking confirmations, trip and itinerary updates, payment reminders, and replies to enquiries customers have started themselves. Customers opt in, and every conversation can be stopped on request.
